choose the way you wan to receive the money
After the payment is done, you will receive bank wire
within 1 to 5 business days* (depending on your bank
and connection with our banks)

CONVERT E-CURRENCY
How do I convert or exchange one e-currency
to another e-currency?
To get e-currency exchanged/converted into another e-currency,
you will have to fill out the Exchange e-currency order form
and send us the e-currency funds you are converting. You will
receive an email after we will process your order.
How long does the exchange/convertion take?
All orders placed are usually processed same day or by the
end of the next business day.
The orders from SolidTrustPay to other e-currecies
are processed within 1-3 business days(after the STPy's approval)
.The process is as follow :
- SolidTrustPay verifies and must approve
all the orders that we receive.
- If SolidTrustPay approves the exchange, we will process it and
an email will be sent to you after that.
- If SolidTrustPay delays the approval for any reason, we
will email with an "update" after two business days.
- If SolidTrustPay declines the exchange, they will reverse the
funds and an email will be sent to you
